Last updated: 6 October 2026. This notice describes the current PCQuestline development site. We will revise it if the site’s data practices change before or after launch.
Who operates this site
PCQuestline publishes gaming guides, builds, and related editorial content. A public privacy contact has not yet been provided. Please do not send sensitive personal information through the site. When contact details are available, they will be posted on our Contact page.
Information handled when you visit
When a page is requested, the hosting and delivery service may process technical information needed to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the site. This can include an IP address, requested URL, request time, browser or device details, and diagnostic or security signals. Cloudflare provides the site’s current hosting/runtime platform; its own privacy terms describe its processing of end-user traffic and system information.
The site currently loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser therefore makes requests to Google’s font services, which may receive technical request information such as your IP address, browser details, and the requested font files. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
PCQuestline does not currently have a working account, comment, contact, or newsletter submission feature. The newsletter form shown on the homepage is visual only: it does not submit or store an email address. We have not added first-party analytics or advertising tracking scripts to the current site code.
Advertising and external links
Some pages display third-party promotional banners. The current Star Trek Fleet Command banner links to that game’s official download page. Following the link takes you to a third-party site, which may collect information under its own privacy terms. The current banner link is marked as sponsored in the page markup; PCQuestline has not confirmed an affiliate relationship or compensation for this particular link. See our Affiliate disclosure.
How information is used and shared
Technical request information is used by service providers to deliver pages and assets, protect the service, and diagnose errors. We do not currently use it for a PCQuestline analytics profile or targeted advertising. Information may be processed by providers supporting hosting, network delivery, font delivery, or a third-party destination you choose to visit. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy notices.
Because these services operate online, information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live. Applicable safeguards depend on the provider, service configuration, and relevant law.
Cookies and similar technologies
The current application code does not intentionally set a PCQuestline cookie or use browser storage for analytics, advertising, or user accounts. Hosting or security services may use technical cookies or similar technologies depending on their configuration. Read the Cookie policy for details and browser controls.
Retention and security
Technical logs, if generated by a provider, are retained according to that provider’s settings and policies; we do not publish a fixed retention period because one has not been confirmed for the production configuration. If a working contact channel is introduced, messages will be kept only as needed to handle the request and maintain appropriate records, subject to applicable requirements.
Reasonable measures are used to protect the site and information handled by its service providers. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have rights concerning consent. A public privacy contact is not available yet; we will publish one on the Contact page before inviting visitors to submit personal information.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect functions provided by hosting or security services.
Children
This development site is not designed to collect personal information from children, and it currently provides no working submission form. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a feature we operate, contact us using the details on the Contact page once they are published.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our services or data practices change. The revision date above shows when this notice was last reviewed.
